Currently, we provide support for Magic 2015: Duels of the Planeswalkers and Magic Duels. If you require assistance with Magic 2014: Duels of the Planeswalkers or older, our best suggestion is uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Unfortunately, this is the extent of the troubleshooting we can provide. If you would like a refund for your game, you will want to contact the store support for your device.
